Accounting Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

     Responsible for the payroll of all the employees of the company.
     Responsible for the processing and computing of SSS, HDMF, Taxes and Philhealth.
     Responsible for the billing of the all the clients of the company.
     Computation of the Daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
     The candidate must be analytical, higly organized, detail oriented, and capable of multi-tasking; keen to details.

QUALIFICATION

     Candidate must possess at least an accounting graduate or any related courses.
     CPA or not a CPA licensed.
     20 to 35 yrs old.
     Work experience is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
     Must be familiar with excel, word and accounting system.
     Must have a basic knowledge in billing, bookeeping, payroll, processing and computing the government mandated, BIR/Tax, timekeeping, Daily and monthly sales report, financial statement and accounts payable.
     Applicants must be willing to work in Las Pinas City.
